Hi, I'm Alan
I've spent over 20 years leading people, including technical teams, at Apple, Slack, Salesforce, and other tech and lifestyle brands.
Humble & Co is professional coaching, built from that experience. I work with people who want to grow their careers, people working out whether to stay, switch, or start over, and first-time and emerging people leaders. Sessions are 50-minute conversations. Ongoing support is coaching with me as a partner in the background: multiple sessions each month, plus someone you can reach when you need to think out loud.
I care about purpose, motivation, and developing people with clarity and care. Based in Australia, working remotely, and happiest when someone leaves a session with something they can use this week.

Warm, practical professional coaching
Career coaching is for people who want to grow their careers. Career clarity is for people deciding whether to stay, switch, or start over: direction-setting and option-mapping. Both live in the Coaching section.
Leadership coaching for first-time and emerging people leaders has its own space in the Leadership section, with the First 90 Days playbook, the 1:1 Agenda Pack, and practical resources.
Career clarity is career guidance and decision support. It is not therapy or mental health treatment. If you are finding things hard, please talk to your GP or another qualified health professional.
